My stay at Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok with my 15-month-old son was a mixed experience. The first visit was fantastic with great facilities and a central location. However, on the return visit, some amenities were restricted. The staff was accommodating, and the room was comfortable. The hotel's proximity to canal boats and attractions enhanced our family bonding, with relaxing facilities like the spa and swimming pools adding to a pleasant stay. The nearby landmarks, such as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha and The Grand Palace, offered insightful cultural experiences for my family.

It was as expected, had a really great stay in our engagement celebration visit. For a 4 star hotel everything was great, we appreciated to be here...

clean rooms - amazing view, and great location close to all the main attractions. the canal boats are a must-try and the pool in the A tower has an amazing view! got to use the pool even after check out – very friendly and accommodating staff.

Two pools provided a great spot to relax and cool off in the hot weather. the location was fantastic for exploring the Royal Palace, National Museum, and other attractions, just a quick tuk-tuk ride away. the convenience of having various markets nearby and the water taxi stop within walking distance added to the overall experience.

The rooms could benefit from a thorough cleaning and updating to freshen up the space. However, this minor issue didn't overshadow the positive aspects of the stay.

The hotel's strategic location allowed easy access to the best places to celebrate Songkran, such as Silom and Siam Square. The fully-equipped meeting venues were ideal for my business needs, providing a seamless experience for both work and relaxation.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with comprehensive support services.

The convenient Bobe Market boat station allowed us to easily access popular attractions, such as the golden mount or the skyscrapers, with frequent boat rides. The 7-11 nonstop supermarket on the ground floor was a handy convenience. Inside the hotel, the cleanliness and shine were impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The pool area on the 11th floor offered beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Though the rooms appeared slightly dated, they were spacious and well-equipped, with daily maid service ensuring fresh sheets and cleanliness.

Having experienced a comfortable and enjoyable stay, I would happily recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on December 15th and had a fantastic experience. The executive suite had an amazing view of the city with over 20 windows, allowing for a truly enjoyable stay. The location in the heart of the old city made it easy to explore countless temples with the taxiboat. The pool bar was also a highlight with a great view, and the second pool in tower C provided a quieter experience. a big, comfy room with a perfect location.

My Songkran celebration in Bangkok was a blast! Silom and Siam Square were wild with water fights. I found hidden treasures at Sampeng Lane market. The China Palace Restaurant at the hotel served amazing Chinese New Year dishes. The spa was a sanctuary of relaxation. The VIP penthouse terrace had the best view. The fitness center was top-notch. an unbeatable location with cultural activities nearby. And the juicy local fruits at the market were a hit! Oh, and did I mention the hot tubs and sauna at the gym?
